General Manager

Cristian Johnson Aranda, Naval Mechanical Engineer and MBA, has more than 23 years of experience at one of the largest shipyards in the Americas, where he held senior positions spanning projects, workshops, shipbuilding, repairs, operations, commercial management, and General Manager of ASMAR Talcahuano, as well as 10 years of service aboard Chilean Navy vessels. In 2023 he founded NAVCONS, bringing together engineering, construction, and commercial experience with strong leadership and the ability to engage international manufacturers and clients.

Commercial Manager

Maximiliano Johnson La Rivera holds a Master’s degree in Social Management and has a solid track record in leadership, evaluation, and strategic project development across the public and private sectors. He has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated strategic alliances, and managed budgets, timelines, and results for high-impact initiatives. At NAVCONS, his technical evaluation and negotiation experience supports commercial management focused on concrete opportunities and long-term relationships with manufacturers and clients.
